  12. Help! My modem has suddenly started connecting at 9.6 - 14.4 instead
  13. of it's usual 28.8.  The other symptom is loud, distorted touchtones
  14. when it dials, also the modem tones on my end are now louder than the
  15. remote modem's while connecting. Anyone have any constructive ideas as
  16. to a cause or fix? Thanks a lot!
